I created Namastay Balanced with the intention of balancing my thoughts, reaching out and hopefully relating to yogi's across the world and providing a safe space for others who may feel slightly imbalanced themselves and would just like to read along or even share parts of their own journey.
I hope this becomes a place you return to in times of need be that for laughter, compassion, inspiration or just to not feel unbalanced alone.
